These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of viaavantgarde.com (the "Site"), operated by Via Avantgarde Suites ("we", "us"), based in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
The Site presents our suites and editorial guides to Salvador. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape, republish, or reproduce substantial parts of the Site's text, design, or photography without our written permission.
2. Intellectual Property
The Site's text, layout, design, and our own photography belong to Via Avantgarde Suites. Third-party photographs (for example, images of Salvador landmarks) are used under their respective licenses and are credited on the page where they appear, with the author and license linked. Those images remain the property of their authors.
3. Trademarks & Independence
Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Google, Instagram, and other product and company names are trademarks of their respective owners. Via Avantgarde Suites is an independent company and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of them. Where we link to a booking platform, we do so only to let you complete a reservation on that platform under its own terms.
4. Bookings
Reservations for our suites are made and governed through third-party platforms (such as Airbnb or Vrbo) or by direct arrangement with us. The price, deposit, cancellation, and house rules that apply to your stay are those shown on the platform or in the direct confirmation you receive. Nothing on this Site is itself a binding offer of accommodation until a reservation is confirmed.
5. No Professional Advice; Accuracy
Our guides to Salvador — restaurants, neighborhoods, events, prices, and hours — are provided for general information and change over time. We make a genuine effort to keep them accurate but do not warrant that every detail is current. They are not professional travel, legal, or financial advice, and individual experiences vary.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Brazilian consumer law (Código de Defesa do Consumidor) or other applicable law.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and the courts of Salvador, Bahia have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.

If you believe content on this Site infringes your copyright, email us at [email protected] with the URL, a description of the work, and your contact details. We respond within 5 business days and will remove or credit material that is shown to be infringing.
