When you contact us about a reservation — via our contact form, email, or through the Hostex booking widget — we collect details you share: name, email address, travel dates, number of guests, and any special requests. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and confirm your booking.
Automatically Collected Data
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes your IP address and request metadata to serve the site and prevent abuse. Our Hostex booking widget may set its own cookies — see Hostex's privacy policy for details.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to booking enquiries and confirm reservations.
- To coordinate arrival, check-in, and any guest services.
- To maintain site security and performance.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except service providers essential to operating the booking process (Hostex), under confidentiality obligations.

Booking correspondence is retained for up to 5 years for legal and tax record purposes in Brazil. Analytics data is not retained as we do not run analytics tools.
